Our company specializes in creating custom-made furniture tailored to the individual needs of each client. The most common modification concerns the dimensions of the furniture – width, length, height, or depth, and sometimes even the overall form. Every one of our products, whether sofas, living room furniture, tables, or bedroom sets, can be made exactly the way the Client needs it. Of course, we also have base models available in our standard catalog options. Nevertheless, we are always open to our Clients’ expectations.

We do not charge any additional fees for custom-made furniture. The price changes only in proportion to the amount of material used during production!

In addition to dimension changes, every customer can decide on the color scheme, upholstery type, or material from which the furniture will be made. Our qualified consultants will inform you about many other possible modifications for each product. Every Client becomes, in a way, the author and designer of their own furniture.

Our company guarantees that every Client will have their furniture delivered to the address specified in the contract. The delivery is carried out by our qualified staff. Before the order is fulfilled, you will always be informed in advance about the planned delivery date. The delivery costs depend on the region and are shown on the map below.

Es ist hilfreich, wenn Sie Fotos beifügen, die das Problem näher zeigen. Innerhalb von 14 Tagen erhalten Sie eine Antwort per E-Mail oder Telefon mit Informationen darüber, wie Ihr Anliegen bearbeitet wird. Jede Reklamation wird von uns ernst genommen und sorgfältig geprüft.

Customers often ask this question when they hear that we create custom-made furniture and individual orders tailored to the client. For upholstered furniture, minor dimensional changes (up to 5 cm) do not affect the price compared to the base model in the price list. Any other size is recalculated based on the linear meter of the chosen upholstery material for each specific furniture model. In the case of living room or veneered furniture, any dimension that significantly differs from our proposed one must be individually calculated depending on the introduced changes. If these changes concern only dimensions, they are recalculated in the same way as for upholstered furniture. However, dimension changes in this type of furniture often require structural adjustments to the form, which leads to an individual quotation.

The situation is slightly different for beds – whether upholstered, veneered, or lacquered. In this case, every change in dimensions results in higher material consumption, which is why surcharges apply to such furniture. Each showroom has a surcharge calculator for these changes, allowing simple bedroom furniture modifications to be priced immediately. More complex changes that affect the overall design of the bed are treated individually.

This is a question we are often asked, and we understand that nowadays not everyone has the time to visit us during our showroom opening hours, or that distance may make it difficult. Therefore, to meet your needs, we offer several convenient ways to purchase our furniture. First of all, we would like to invite you to our online store, where you can configure your own furniture and conveniently pay for your order.

You can also place an order by phone, although this is the least convenient option. It is much better to send us an e-mail – and here we offer two possibilities. The first – via the inquiry form on our website www.vieridivani.pl, located next to each furniture model, where you can describe what you are interested in. The second – by sending an e-mail directly to biuro@vieridivani.pl with a description of what you wish to purchase. Regardless of the form of order placement (except directly in the showroom), we always send to your e-mail address an order agreement containing all details about the ordered furniture and the Customer (and possibly with a design), stamped and signed by one of our employees. After you sign the order agreement, please send us a scan or photo of the signed document or, alternatively, a confirmation of the advance payment. These steps initiate the order processing procedure.

Absolutely yes! The installment system is often mistakenly associated with cheap furniture. Nothing could be further from the truth. Exclusive furniture from our brand can also be purchased in installments. Especially now, as we offer a very attractive 0% installment plan, allowing you to buy Vieri Divani furniture in 10 interest-free installments. Apart from the insurance cost, you do not pay any interest – we cover that ourselves.

If you dream of owning exclusive furniture but do not have the full amount available or prefer not to spend a large sum at once, purchasing furniture in installments is an excellent solution. It’s worth taking advantage of our special offer – 10 installments at 0%! It’s definitely better to buy higher-quality, more expensive furniture gradually on installments than to buy cheaper, lower-quality items immediately.

This is a common question asked before placing an order. Below you will find the estimated delivery times for different types of furniture.* Sometimes orders are completed faster, and in such cases, you will be informed immediately. When signing the contract, you can also specify an exact delivery date if you would like your order to be completed later than the standard timeframe (for example, in half a year):

• for upholstered furniture and upholstered beds – 4–8 weeks
• for living room furniture, veneered beds, and bedroom furniture – 4–8 weeks
• for tables, coffee tables, and chairs – 4–6 weeks

*does not apply to the Christmas, New Year, or Easter periods – during these times the production period is extended, and customers are informed before signing the contract. A slight delay may also occur during the summer holiday period at the turn of June and July.

In addition to our standard catalog offer, we are able to create custom-made furniture based on individual designs, but we do not copy models from other companies. Upholstered furniture can be made according to the Client’s needs, based on our proposed shapes, as long as the requested modifications do not interfere with the technology and can be made within the structure of a given model (for example, changing the legs, replacing a chaise longue with an armrest or vice versa, raising the backrest, adding or removing a built-in shelf or pneumatic compartment, etc.). When it comes to veneered furniture, the possibilities are much greater. Each design is analyzed to determine whether we can produce it once all the necessary parameters have been defined. Many times, we have already created complete living room, bedroom, and other interior sets in various versions, supported by a project once the customer has expressed an intention to purchase our furniture.

This is quite a common question heard in our showrooms. The name of our sales salons may be misleading, as it is borrowed from Italian, but nothing could be further from the truth. The company is Polish, with a long-standing craft tradition, originating from the furniture-making region in southern Poland – Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. The Italian origin applies only to the natural leathers and some of the upholstery fabrics we offer. You can learn more about the company’s history here.

We always strive to inform our Clients whenever something significantly affects the price. When choosing among classic veneers, such as oak or beech finishes, or among modified veneers, the price usually remains unchanged. However, when selecting natural or exclusive veneers, the price may vary, mainly due to the origin of the veneer. The price will also change if, instead of the veneered version (our standard base option), you decide to have the furniture made in a high-gloss or semi-matte lacquered finish. Our consultants will inform you about these differences.

Yes, of course. If you are unable to visit any of our showrooms, we can send you, immediately after placing an order, the selected samples of our offered eco-leathers, upholstery fabrics, or natural leathers, as well as some veneers. In the case of upholstery materials, this is possible after determining the approximate color scheme, and we will send either cut samples or the entire sample book of the selected pattern.

We often hear the question: why is this furniture so expensive, what determines the price, and is it really worth the investment? To clear up any doubts, we would like to explain that several factors influence the price. The first is, of course, quality – of the materials, components, and fillings used. We carefully select these elements so that the Client can enjoy a high-quality product for many years, ensuring the furniture functions well and fulfills its purpose. The second factor is craftsmanship. Every sofa, corner set, bedroom, or living room piece is handmade, and no machine can replace the work of a skilled craftsman. Since we do not produce on an assembly line, each order requires an individual, thoughtful approach carried out by our employees – carpenters, cutters, seamstresses, upholsterers, or painters. Another important aspect is service. We not only strive to arrange convenient delivery and installation dates, but for more complex orders, we also prepare detailed designs or samples. What is equally important is that during the warranty period, we do our best to provide professional service, perform necessary repairs, or respond promptly to any issues reported by our Clients. This often involves travel, transportation, replacement, repair, or other assistance – because we understand it is difficult for you to deliver a large piece of furniture, such as a corner sofa or wardrobe, to our factory yourself.

Many companies selling upholstered furniture describe their products as being of the highest quality. The concept of the highest quality in our furniture consists of several aspects such as: handcraftsmanship, the materials used, and multilayer construction. As for the frequently asked question “what’s inside,” the answer can be found for each model, but the key point is that the seats are built with multiple zones and differ depending on the model. The common foundation is a wooden and board frame made of furniture board and selected spruce wood, on which the entire structure of the furniture rests. Other components such as high-elastic straps, foams of various densities and hardness, polyurethane and flexible foams, as well as spring units, are individually selected and composed. This gives each sofa or corner unit its proper seating comfort and durability.
