How to buy with e-installments?
1. Complete your cart and submit an application
Add products and/or services to your cart and choose eRATY Santander Consumer Bank (Bank) as the payment method. In the online credit application form (e-Application), adjust the credit period and installment amount to your needs, fill in the required Bank data, then submit the e-Application and wait for the Bank’s credit decision.
2. Review and sign the Credit Agreement via SMS code
After receiving a positive credit decision, the Bank will provide your credit documentation electronically on the e-Application page and send PDF files to your e-mail address. Review the documents.
3. Verify your identity
The Bank will verify your identity with an SMS code sent to your phone number or by requesting a transfer of 1 PLN.
4. Product delivery
After positive verification, the Bank will inform the online store about the possibility of releasing the ordered goods and/or services. The seller will contact you to confirm delivery terms and any down payment you may have declared. Remember! Delivery terms and service conditions are described in the e-shop regulations.
