Payment methods
The Vieri Divani online shop allows several ways to pay for your order:
- 50% deposit by bank transfer – when placing the order, based on the prepared Order Agreement, the Customer pays a deposit to the Seller’s account in the amount indicated in that agreement. The remaining balance (including delivery costs) must be paid upon delivery in cash to a Vieri Divani employee or by bank transfer after the delivery date is agreed, so that the outstanding amount is credited to the Seller’s account at the time of delivery.
- Traditional bank transfer – a standard payment method that involves transferring the full order amount to the Seller’s account, including delivery costs (unless agreed otherwise).
- Fast online payments – a quick payment method that involves transferring the full order amount to the Seller’s account, including delivery costs (unless agreed otherwise).
- Instalments – the option to obtain credit for the purchase of furniture in an instalment plan offered by Santander (this form is independent of the Seller and all credit terms are defined by Santander).
Delivery cost and time
- Orders placed with our company are usually fulfilled within 30 working days. The maximum lead time is 8 weeks, applicable during the summer production break and holiday periods. The Customer is always informed about the order lead time. The planned delivery date is always communicated to the Customer two days in advance by our staff member.
- Vieri Divani has its own transport team and reaches every location in the country, and occasionally abroad. We do not use external courier companies because custom-made furniture often requires specialist assembly. Occasionally, small parts are shipped via UPS, but this option is agreed with the Customer individually.
- Currently, the costs of delivery service together with carrying in and assembly are as follows:
